Students in grades K-8 take music weekly and learn to play many different instruments from drums to recorders to steel pans.  Multicultural aspects of international music are incorporated as well as traditional music and contemporary instrumentalism. Stomp style instruments are utilized with drums from all over the world.  Students perform annually with their classes and our high school Advanced Steel Pan Band is well known throughout Arizona.  It performs annually at the state capital and at many community venues.  They play a variety of music including pop tunes, reggae, classical, and international.
